We provide an effective Life Stage Transition support and assistance for those who are finding it hard to deal with their transitional phase. We at Beyond Family Care arethere to assist participants through life transitions. There are many life stage transitions we can help with – including starting or changing school, moving home or into supported accommodation and even getting out and about in the community more.

We support participants to plan for change, including developing strategies to cope with the stress that change can have. Our approach is individualized for each participant, taking into account their abilities and needs. All of this is to help participants achieve their goals both in the short term and long term.
